Ohria Ayurveda aims to serve its customers a wholesome experience. We promote ease of exchange, return or refund of domestic orders.
- The delivered products can be reported for return or exchange within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- All returned items must be accompanied by an original bill/receipt along with its tags, outer carton or outer box.
- Goods to be returned will only be accepted in sealed, unopened condition, opened or used products will not be accepted for returns due to hygiene reasons.
- Products can only be eligible for return if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged/defective state or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition.
- Opened or used products will not be accepted or returned.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application are not covered in this policy.
- Ohria Ayurveda is not responsible for damage of goods after/upon delivery.
- All claims of shortage or damage during delivery must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note that before calling, an email is a must.
No Refund shall be made once the goods are sold, except in case receipt of damaged products.
Refund process will be initiated after a thorough inspection by Ohria Ayurveda Quality experts of the returned goods/products to ensure that clauses of return policy are adhered to.
Refund shall be subject to deduction of the shipping cost as the shipping charge is non-refundable. No refunds will be initiated for international orders in case of non- compliance of Custom/Government formalities.
Refund will be processed and completed within 15-21 business days, from the date of inspection approval of the returned products by our quality experts.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be refunded in the original mode of payment. It will be credited to the customer’s Ohria account, which can be availed for new purchase within 3 months to the date of return.
In cases of online payment, refunds will be made to the original source of payment.
Order cancellation can be accepted if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order provided the same is not delivered to the logistic partner for delivery to the customer.
In case of cancellation, refund will be processed within 15-21 business days.
In case the product ordered for is out of Stock then the Customer may cancel the order and request for refund or may contact us at email@example.com or whatsapp us at +91 9899901999 and we will try to make the product available at the earliest.
