Lie down in a comfortable position with your head thrown back & nostrils towards ceiling .


1. Using the wellness tool, place 2–3 drops of Anu Thailam into each nostril.


2. Inhale gently to allow the oil to move upward.


3. Lie down for a minute and breathe deeply, letting the herbal blend work its way through the nasal passages.


4. Practice daily, ideally in the morning, for best results.
