Warm the oil slightly by placing the bottle in warm water.
Lie down comfortably with your head tilted back.
Instill 2–4 drops of Anu Thailam into each nostril.
Inhale deeply and gently massage the sides of the nose.
Remain lying for a minute to let the oil absorb.
