Massage on hair, leave on for an hour or preferably overnight. Shampoo.
Pure Copper Tongue Cleaner: Daily after brushing, gently rub the rounded edge of scrapper from back to the tip of the tongue to remove the white coating of toxins (ama). Repeat a few times until the tongue is clean.
Glass Eye Cups:
- Pour prepared Triphla water into the cups.
- Hold the cup in your hand lower the head to dip eyes in water completely.
- Blink a few times.
- Rotate clockwise and anticlockwise looking in each extreme direction for few seconds.
- Blink few times again.
- Rinse, clean and dry the cups
Dhanwantaram Body Massage Oil: Massage preferably warmed oil well into the skin for 10-15 minutes before bath.
Tej Vardak Body Ubtan: Mix the powder with warm milk & a few drops of oil until the desired consistency is obtained & apply on the skin. Upon drying, gently massage & rinse with water. If applying on oiled skin then blend it with water, & massage in circular movements & wash off.
Dashamool Powder: Add 10 gm dashamool powder in 2 ltr water and boil it, strain & add the decoction water into your bathing water.
Triphala Powder: Use ¼ tsp of Triphala powder and soak in boiling hot water overnight. Strain and use the Triphala water in eyecups the next morning. Gradually increase the dosage beginning with a pinch.
